I have disabled the "donate" feature on our web site for now because we have to get the required paperwork in place to create a charitable organization to support this project.  Our expenses are are very minor because all of the work is done by volunteers.  The primary expense is the server space for this web site.

When we have more money I would like to buy a little advertising to get the word out.  More installations and users also brings more volunteer developers and helpers to build our community.  We have been on the first page if you Google "free church database" for many years now, at no expense at all.  I think this is primarily due to widespread support for open source projects.  Many sites that index open source software and church software link to us.
